After attending Northwest Mississippi Community College and University of Alabama, Maxwell became the Director of Operations at Velox Express. He then became a General Manager at USPack before joining the Evernest team in 2021 as a Property Manager. At Evernest Maxwell led the Mergers and Acquisitions team before becoming Operations Manager.
